OUR SPONSORSHIPS AND EVENTS FOR YOUTH SPORTS

I have coached in the Lutheran grade school system for boys and girls 5th thru 8th grades and was the local JUCO college youth clinic instructor for several sports in the Chicagoland and suburban areas. I initiated local community sports programs and travel teams and was the local private Christian HS varsity head coach for girls fastpitch softball. We have some listed teams that participated in USSSA, NSA and invited school tournaments. We will congratulate a player, coach and/or team, but we never approach a player without the parent in attendance or knowledge. Register your daughter NCSASPORTS.ORG

We have and will sponsor programs, teams, individual players for specific events, specialty clinic instructors, coaches' expenses, tournament fees and team's expenses as donations. We have proprietary scouting relationships to recognize exceptional players that donate sport gear, recognition trophies, gift cards and the like. We ARE NOT affiliated with any specific entity like USSSA or NSA tournaments, but we will recognize a player's ability in these events only as individual players and encourage players to participate in their tournaments, along with others. We have relationships with specific sports scouts and college grade instructors that are paid and volunteer for our teams and programs we sponsor. They also provide private instruction for specific pitcher, catchers, along with hitting instruction. We will evaluate a player for a specific program on parents' request. We will follow a player's career through the levels they participate in for continuing support and information with parents' approval.  College Scouting Bureau Softball Combine/Camps - Register Online Today Referral recommend non-affiliation.

As a father coach and successful career in banking and managing consumers financial needs our intentions are to open doors and create once in a lifetime opportunity for youth participation through sports.  We no longer post players identity, players statistics we sponsor or their profiles or schools in consideration of a player's safety and parents possible predatory and identity concerns. Times have changed and we must protect our venues where our children and young adults participate. Scouts should have some identity shirts or jackets, personal business cards and websites to be in FULL disclosure to parents and coaches. *Be aware of those that do not ask for the parent prior to giving information. We thank the parental suggestions of their child's safety and welcome the awareness across all the competitive states as we travel.  Teams - Beverly Bandits example sites that college coaches and scouts follow.  Some parents approve posting their child's achievements, statistics and school for networking purposes at higher levels and college recruiting. 

I completed several required state and national coaching certifications in sports science to coach at grade school and high school levels. I participated in continued education coaching clinics (53) over 20 years while coaching in the IHSA. I graduated the same Christian private school system my children attended and was offered the position of varsity girls fastpitch softball coach reflecting my involvement in the community requiring stringent and professional behavior while creating a "feeder" system for local schools and travel team competition transitioning to college.
